I’m a (very early!) forty something Mum of two and wife of one. I live in a beautiful village in West Sussex and spend much of my spare time tending my allotment or in the kitchen. I love seasonal, local food particularly when I haven’t had to pay for it and like nothing more than rescuing something from being destined for the compost and turning it into something delicious! I try to cook new dishes at least 3 times a week or at least new takes on old favourites and as my children are getting older I hope to instill in them a passion for good food simply cooked at home.
